Patriarchy

Patriarchy
       ("patri-") father
       ("-archy") leadership

To feminists who fear the term, patriarchy represents a male-dominated tyranny.

To macho ego-headed men, and/or to those who would advance a false doctrine of what has come to be known as, "force polygamy", patriarchy represents a license to do whatever they cruelly want to do.

But to genuine kind-hearted Christian men and women, patriarchy means husbands conducting themselves as lovingly and selflessly as Jesus Christ did and does toward (His wives, that is) the Churches. It is a self-giving, loving, "footwashing" leadership, as being as if as Christ Himself.

According to genuine Christian Polygamy, with the Standard set according to and with the teachings of "love-not-force", then patriarchy can only mean selfless love as Christ Himself Who laid down His life in such giving-love. Anything short of such love as that would not be genuinely Christian, anyway.
